    You can return one or more products by completing this Return Form within 30 days of the date you received your parcel.

    Return items must be delivered to the courier within 30 days of the date that you complete the form.

    We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 30-day grace period has expired or items that are not in the same condition you received them in.


    We have created a very easy return procedure in order to make your online shopping experience pleasant, even when you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.

    You can return any item purchased on our store within 30 days from the delivery date. Here’s how:

    Download the Goods Return Form
    Fill the requested fields (quantity, reason of the return) and send to our customer service:
    Our Customer Care will then be able to accept your return request and contact a carrier to organize the return of your parcel. You will then be contacted by us to organize the pick-up.

    Prepare the package and make sure the items are in the same condition you received them in, with all tags still attached. If not, we may not be able to accept your return and refund the merchandise. With our return service, you will be refunded in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse.

    If you prefer, you can also use a different courier service that the one suggested by DPD. In this case, return shipping and any possible theft or loss during transit will be at your own expense and responsibility.     Your return will be accepted within 3 working days from the delivery date at our warehouse. During pick activities, like the Sale/Bank Holiday time for instance, please allow up to 7 working days from the delivery date at our warehouse to get your return accepted. You will receive an e-mail when the order is accepted.

    Refunds will be issued only for properly returned items. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, we will not be able to issue the refund and the package will be sent back to you. You may keep track of the return with the Tracking Number you find on your copy of the pre-printed label.
    Note: Send your return from the same Country in which you placed your order. We will not be able to accept returns from different countries.

    After our warehouse has received your return and verified that all the conditions have been met, you will receive a confirmation email.

    Refund times depend on the payment method used when purchasing:

    Credit or Debit Card: refund times will depend on the Card company’s policies.
    Paypal: You will see the refund in your PayPal account within 24 hours of the Return Confirmation email.
